For your convenience Language Point has introduced a new automated telephone service, which provides quick access to the services you require.  All services are available by calling 0191 561 1111 and then pressing:

1     To speak to Language Point staff about our services or to place a booking;

2     To be connected to the Telephone Interpreting Service (please request an access code from the Language Point coordinator if 

       you do not already have one);

3     To arrange a face to face interpreter outside of office hours (before 8:30am, after 5:30pm, weekends and Bank Holidays);

4     To arrange a British Sign Language Interpreter (24 hours a day).
